An 8 week Kids CrossFit program for the Fall! Classes will be held Sept. 5th through Oct. 26th on Tuesday and Thursdays 3:15 to 3:45 for 5 to 8 year olds, and 3:45 to 4:30 for 9 and older. We will be focusing on our mental skill of Goal Setting (both in our fitness and for the school year), and a physical lifting skill and gymnastics skill (TBA).
